Un-tidy Up

So...our house is a tip (as the British say), and it's not just because I'm a mediocre house keeper (although that doesn't help). It is because my co-inhabitant is on a reverse-cleaning kick. Every time she finds a full drawer, basket, or cupboard she feels compelled to empty it onto the floor. Needless to say the mess gets bad, fast.
